ECI was able to use over three decades of experience to enlarge one of Dallas’ most well-known bakeries. Society Bakery had outgrown their smaller space and made the decision to relocate to a 4,000 sq. ft. specialty baking and coffee shop for their patrons. This Greenville Avenue staple combines the taste and comfort of home-style baking with an industrial kitchen.
